Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tappy Paint: Master Coloring you agree to these terms. If a child uses the App, a parent or guardian accepts them on the child's behalf.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control. All coloring pages, artwork, music and sounds in the App belong to Ken Studio. Pictures you color are yours to keep, share and print for personal use.

2. Free version and Premium

• The free version includes selected themes, a daily allowance of pictures and one free photo per day, and shows ads. Watching an optional video ad can add extra pictures for the day.
• Premium Monthly is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase that unlocks Premium for as long as the App is available.
• Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use “Restore purchases” in the App to recover Premium on a new device with the same store account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its content, or use it in any unlawful way.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

5. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these terms. We may end the license if these terms are broken. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
